Williamson Health and Wellness Center invites the community to participate in their Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign each Wednesday during the month of October.
Amy Dearfield Hannah, Wellness Coordinator for WHWC tells us, "In hopes of raising awareness and to honor those we know who have fought against breast cancer, Williamson Health and Wellness Center asks our community to join us during the month of October and participate in our “On Wednesdays We Wear Pink” campaign.
To be a part of this community campaign wear your pink each Wednesday, post your campaign pictures on social media, and tag Williamson Health and Wellness Center. Remember to encourage your friends, family, and co-workers to participate, too!
Since 1985, October has been designated as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This month is a time to raise awareness, educate, promote preventative care, and honor those that have or are currently battling breast cancer.
